Workers Sealed for Time & Eternity

Sixty full time missionaries assigned in the Philippines Tacloban Mission arrived late last night at the Temple Complex. Mormon Helping Hands Temple Missionaries

When calamity strikes, the Temple complex Stake Center becomes a venue of members donning the all familiar yellow green Mormon Helping Hands vests. With the widespread devastation brought by the supertyphoon Yolanda in Central Visayas, more hands are again showing up to help in repacking goods and hygene kits intended for distribution by the LDS Charities. This time, temple service missionaries are all out in their presence along with full time missionaries of the Cebu Mission and members.

Why is the Temple Closing for Two Weeks?

People are amazed at how the temple kept its astounding beauty and enthralling vantage. The solidly built glazed granite facade bears semblance to a fort yet sublime. Sitting on top of the hill with well trimmed green grasses on the side emphasizes its grand presence.
