"How can you say "No", when a Lord's servant come face to face, extending the call to serve?" quipped Elder Gale. Elder and Sister Gale are still feeling the humbling experience they have had with Elder Michael Teh , and on being called to be the 2nd counselor of Manila Philippines Temple.Sister Gale said, "I cried, knowing that we cannot say "No" to the Lord".
.The calling came when their time as Patron Housing service missionary couple draw to a close come December this year. Instead of the planned post mission life in Bacolod City and spending time with their children and grandchildren, they will be into another mission in their journey of life dedicated in serving the Lord and his children in His house. "They are a couple who let the Lord chart the course of their lives.They will be missed by all for their warmth spirits and love" as described by an employee working in the Temple. The Manila Philippines Temple Presidency will be an all Filipino presidency with President Reynaldo Cuyong and Benjamin Wong ,as president and 1st counselor respectively. This is a first since the Temple opened in 1984.
